Visiting the Winery

Lopez Island Winery is situated in the San Juan Archipelago. Visitors are welcome to our small family winery. Our tasting room (open seasonally) overlooks our garden and vineyards.

Tasting Room Hours

  • July and August: Wednesdays through Fridays, noon to 5pm
  • Saturdays see us at the Lopez Farmer's Market. Special event tastings at the winery following the market, by reservation only. Please see below.
  • May, June, and September: Fridays Only, noon to 5pm Saturdays at the farmer's market with special tastings at 4 pm.
  • October 1st thru October 23rd & April: Saturdays, noon to 5pm
  • November to March: special days only, please subscribe to our newsletter for the latest info!
  • Please note: the Tasting Room may be closed for special events. Please check the sidebar on the right for dates.

  • Tasting of our Cabernet Sauvignon blend including 1996, 2005, 2006 and more.
  • Light appetizers paired to these wines.
  • Relax and taste in the beautiful vineyard garden.
  • Reservations required.
  • Award winning Winemaker Brent Charnley will be on hand to answer questions.
  • $25 per person. (Over 21 only).

Annual Harvest Party— come help with the grape picking and share a lunch in our garden.

Oyster New Year— Fall is shellfish season! Watch for pairings of delicacies of the sea with our Madeleine Angevine.

From the Lopez ferry landing, go south on Ferry Road 1 mile and bear left on Fisherman Bay Road. About 3/4 mile further along we're on the right.

New Releases Currently Available:

  • Raspberry wines from 2009! We have been sold out on this wine. Come try the newest wines of the Season.
  • We are pleased to announce the release our new vintage of Malbec. This complex red has been a favorite due to its wonderful flavors. It has sold out fast; come try the new bottling.
  • Dry Riesling is now available! We have been featuring our traditional version of this wonderful varietal, and now you can try a completely dry version. Very crisp and refreshing.

Grounds Rental—Weddings & Special Events

Island's Stage Left brings us Henry V for two nights.

Shows are under the stars, at 8 pm Sharp. Tickets are required.
